My name is Jessica Lynn Hepner, and right at this time I am caught up in the destructive web of Child Protective Services, like many of you guys out there. I am in the process of fighting for my daughter Alexandria Effie-Mae, back. And this is all the information that I have gathered along the way as I was researching my case.
